My artist name is Katie Marin and I'm a fetish model from Finland. I would describe my work today as a perfect union of fashion, fetish, quality and passion. My work and interviews have been published in magazines internationally and I would consider myself pretty experienced since I've started in the modeling industry almost 15 years ago as a commercial model. Nowadays I mostly do this for fun, so I don’t take much of a pressure about it. We'll see what's going to happen in the future.

Rigger Chiral Shibari
I had the pleasure of working with Rigger/Photographer Chiral Shibari. He has a great perspective for rope work, creative and quick with out compromising quality. I asked Chiral Shibari how he discovered this creative side of himself; this is what he said:
FE: How did you come across bondage and what got you into becoming a Rigger?
Chiral Shibari: I met a girl who had been active in the scene for some time. We went on our first date to a dungeon. Her interest in rope and my interest in her turned into my interest in rope. It wasn’t until much later that I found my reason for doing rope. It is part emotional and part aesthetic. Its ability to be many different things to different people means it can be what we want it to be even if multiple things at once.

Model EbiBex for ROPE WEEK
Model EbiBex shares some of her amazing work with us for rope week. This image was shot by DWL Photography and did the rope work as well. EbiBex expressed to me how this is one of her favorite images as it was shot at Reynisfjara Beach in Iceland.
EbiBex is a Philadelphia-based rope-bondage enthusiast and model. She considers herself an "accidental model" who began enjoying her time in front of the lens after meeting her partner, DWL Photo, nearly three years ago. Together they have been able to immerse themselves in the fetish and rope bondage communities, and take advantage of the many creative opportunities this offers. Bex's greatest artistic joy comes from collaborating with other weird, creative, subversive types to bring ideas to life. Her favorite photos are those that walk the fine line of fantasy and reality. She considers herself extremely lucky to be able to live her art, and to be able to share the beauty and emotion of bondage and suffering.
